Service Terms & Conditions – Nousnoir

1. General

These service terms apply to all orders and purchases made via the website www.nousnoir.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including colors, specifications, and prices.

Colors and materials may vary slightly in reality due to screen settings or production batches.

All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payment

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is only final once payment has been successfully received.

Payment can be made using the available payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

We aim for fast delivery, but we depend on external carriers. Delivery times are therefore indicative.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

For returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returns without valid proof of return or that do not meet the stated conditions will be refused.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty: the product must meet reasonable expectations.

Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or negligent maintenance is not covered by warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing via info@nousnoir.com.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and designs on nousnoir.com are the property of Nousnoir and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Fraud & Misuse

We monitor orders for fraud and reserve the right to cancel orders or request additional verification.

Misuse of the return policy, chargebacks, or the submission of false claims will result in blocking future orders.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
